Development - Training

The first few days of a new job cause a feeling of uncertainty and unfamiliarity. When starting employment the new members of staff receive an thorough individual induction in which the aspects relating to organisation, personnel matters, health and safety, the environment, internal work regulations, etc. are explained by the personnel manager and health and safety advisor. After the explanation the new members of staff are shown to the workplace where the internal organisation of the work is discussed. The reception leaflet tailored to Grandeco gives people a practical and useful information document. In addition to a general education/training schedule Grandeco provides individual careers advice. The (new) members of staff are evaluated at regular intervals so that any needs and questions can be monitored carefully and adjusted where necessary.
